Process related software ( DCES )
The DCES is a Windows 2000 based system developed by Caterpillar to manage Service and parts day-to-day administration such as job opening, posting and invoicing.
Scheduling and planning software ( Autoplan )
This software allows a proper planning and scheduling of technicians in view to despatch the right technician for the right job. A good scheduling system ensures that maintenance, inspections, and planned repairs are done on time.
Service Information System ( SIS )
The SIS is a PC based library offering instant access to numerous Caterpillar service information publication on DVD and on the WEB.
Electronic Technician Software ( ET )
This software unable the technician to access the machine software to diagnose problems and to report on the machine performances.
Equipment Repairs and Reconditioning
Depending on the type of the breakdown, your equipment are repaired either in the field or in our workshop. Component such as Engine, Transmission, Final drive, pumps etc are rebuilt in a clean environment with professionalism
Hydraulic Services
The “Hydraulic Cylinder Servicer” is used to provide a high quality service in properly disassemble hydraulic cylinders in a minimum time and competitive cost for a better cylinder life.
The “Hydraulic Cylinder Tester” is a complement to the “Hydraulic Cylinder Servicer” it is used to test various type of cylinders.

Load bank facility

Marine
Marine engines are serviced and repaired either inboard or in our specialised workshop. Sea trial analysis is performed to check proper installation or detect potential problem.
