SOS Fluid Analysis and factory-trained interpreters maximize equipment life by evaluating trends in oil condition and component wear.
3- Technical Analysis level 1 & 2 (TA1 & TA2)
Performed by our fully trained Technician who provide complete inspection programs using years of experience and the most advanced diagnostic tools.
4- Custom Track Service ( CTS )
Gives a full report on the percentage wear of each vital component of the undercarriage
Customer Care Seminars are organised every year and are aimed at increasing the Customers technical awareness and skills in selecting, operating and maintaining his/her equipment. Scomat Ltée's experience has shown that these meetings strengthen long-term relationships between Customers and Scomat's dealership.
- 2 seminars of 1 day intended for Service Managers are scheduled each year.
- 3 technical training seminars of 2 days each intended for machine operators.
Scomat Ltée takes the initiative to provide Customer Service from the day a customer takes delivery of his/her equipment. All new equipment delivered is visited on site where the Customer receives training and assistance with all aspect of the Caterpillar equipment.
Since 2001 Scomat's customers in Mauritius can take advantage of Caterpillar Engine, Transmission and hydraulic lubricants. These lubricants are specially blended using quality base oil and additives.
The Diesel Engine Oil (DEO) exceeds the current API CI-4 specification. The Diesel Engine Oil can provide long oil drain capability and is proven to extend component life.

The Hose Centre offers a 24 hours, 7 days emergency service through the Hoseline 4230477. Scomat is the first in Maurtius to offer a mobile hose repair service called EasyHose.
