DCES - Dealer Channel Entry System
The DCES is an AS400 based system developed by Caterpillar to manage Service and Parts day-to-day administration such as Parts posting, inventory and invoicing in real time. The operating parameters are difined locally by Scomat Ltée for a fined tuned and customised service adapted to our market.
